Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Nice product. quite small I was expecting something bigger but it's ok. the second cotton swab was not protected - it was laying in the box. The box itself was damaged. Very nice store. Good communication. I asked him to change the delivery address any there was no problem. Really appreciate it.
Cool diffuser, very small, but if you work at a computer-perfect. Works from USB, water is consumed slowly. Included is a replaceable cotton wool. Except there were no springs for support, I put temporarily the first thing I found.

Omg, this device is INSANE!!! I love it! A little smaller then expected, but nevertheless a very nice device. Because it took a lot of time for delivery due to the corvid-virus I had a lot of contact with the store. We were just busy arranging a refunds, when I got the product after all after a few months! So, the seller is a responsible seller! You don't take a risk buying it!
