1. Is BS0312WW WIFI thermostat suitable for my gas boiler?

Yes, B312WW WIFI thermostat is suitable for all home using gas boilers such as Vaillant, BOSCH, Ariston, Keston, BAXI, etc.

​Remarks: Please confirm your boiler is compatible with 220 voltage thermostat. If your gas boiler has 24V terminals, We can customize the 24V output..

2.How to connect the thermostat with my gas boiler?

Please connect L and N(3 and 4) to 220(200-240) voltage, 5 and 6 to your gas boiler or dry contac equipment and Passive connection equipment.

Remarks: please read wiring diagram carefully before connecting. If you connect it wrongly, there will be a short circuit. Your device board will be damaged!!!

3.How to connect the thermostat with my thermal actuator or valve?

Please check your actuator or valve first before connecting. If it is normally open,please connect it with N and close.If it is normally closed, please connect it with N and open.

4.. It shows space full when I connect the thermostat with my phone, how should I solve the problem?

Please enter the thermostat’s advanced setting mode and adjust ADD to 01. Operating process is as follow:

a. In the power off state, long press and hold down key, then press power on/off key to enter advanced setting mode. Screen displays SEN and 00 flashes. This means you enter advanced setting mode.

b. Press Menu key 8 times. Screen displays ADD and there is a number flashing in the screen. Adjust it to be 01.

c. Press power on/off key to turn off the thermostat.

d. Try to connect your thermostat with your phone again. It will be ok.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
